13. RULES OF THE @CHALETSZENYA INSTAGRAM CONTEST
The Instagram contest begins on August 12, 2021 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on August 31, 2021 EST.
READ AND ACCEPT THE RULES
13.1. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
13.1.1 This contest is open exclusively to persons 18 years of age and over from Quebec, Canada and the United States.
13.1.2 Registration for the competition is made by fulfilling the eligibility conditions clearly explained on our Instagram account (refer to the contest post).
13.1.3 To be declared a winner, the participant whose name has been drawn must have duly completed the eligibility conditions set out on our Instagram account. Failure to comply with one or more of these conditions will automatically disqualify him and another draw will take place to determine a new winner.
13.1.4 Each client is entitled to only one chance to win, a limit of one entry per client is imposed. Any attempt to enter more than once will ensure immediate disqualification.
13.1.5 By entering this competition, participants agree to abide by the rules of participation.
13.1.6 Participants have until August 31, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. to enter the competition.
13.2. THE PRICE
13.2.1 The prize to be won is a weekend for 8 people at Chalet Blue Jay located on the Fiddler Lake Resort, with a total value of CDN $ 1,995, courtesy of Chalets Zenya;
13.2.2 The temporary freeze of a reimbursable security deposit of CDN $ 2,000 by credit card is the responsibility of the winner. The winner, by accepting the grand prize, acknowledges the inherent dangers of using a cottage and acknowledges that Chalets Zenya cannot be held responsible for any injuries, accidents or fatalities that may occur while staying at the cottage.
13.2.3 If the winner refuses to accept the prize, this releases the Released Parties from all responsibility and obligation towards the winner.
13.2.4 This price does not include (other than those mentioned above): transport costs, meal costs, drinks, tips and personal expenses.
13.3. GENERAL REGULATIONS
13.3.1: The @chaletszenya Instagram contest takes place between August 12, 2021 and August 31, 2021. It mainly consists of a draw among the participants who will have met the requirements of the contest between the following dates: August 12, 2021 and August 31, 2021
13.3.2 The winner accepts that their first name, last name and Instagram username will be mentioned when the winner is announced on the Instagram page or on the Chalets Zenya website.
13.3.3 No purchase is necessary.
13.3.4 Chalets Zenya reserves the right to terminate or modify the contest after having received the authorization of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux if events beyond its control prevent it from continuing or oblige to modify it. In such a case, no liability can be attributed to it.
13.3.5 A dispute over the awarding of the prize may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. This dispute may be submitted only for the purpose of intervention in the attempt to resolve it.
13.3.6 The contest database is the property of Chalets Zenya. Contest applications are subject to verification before prizes are awarded and will be declared invalid if non-compliant.
13.3.7 Chalets Zenya assumes no responsibility for the failure of any website or mobile application used for the purposes of the contest, nor for any problem or technical failure of any network or telephone line, online computer system, server, service provider, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or transmission to be received due to technical or other problems, congestion on the Internet network or on any website, or any combination of these reasons, including damage caused to the computer equipment of the participant, or any other person, which may result from participation in this contest.
13.3.8 The personal information requested from participants in the context of the contest will be used only by Chalets Zenya or a third party authorized by the latter in the context of carrying out the contest. This information will not be used for any other purpose without the consent of the participants and the parents and legal guardian. By providing this information, participants consent to its use for the purposes indicated.
13.3.9 In the event of non-availability due to factors beyond their control, the Released Parties reserve the exclusive and absolute right to substitute a prize with another of equivalent value and nature, without recourse for the winner.
13.4. THE DRAW
13.4.1 The prize draw will be carried out electronically among the participants who have met the requirements of the competition. This draw will take place on September 1, 2021. The winner will be contacted by phone or email. In the event that the winner cannot be reached within 10 days of the draw, another participant will be chosen.
13.4.2 Chalets Zenya cannot be held responsible for any failed attempt to contact a selected participant.
13.4.3 The prize must be accepted as is and cannot be transferred, exchanged or substituted.
13.4.4 Anyone who wins this contest agrees to abide by these rules and the decisions of Chalets Zenya, which administers the contest, and whose decisions are final and without appeal.
